Here is a sample of my data (the mr.excel clipper got cranky with the pivot table for some reason). Column D is a calculated field (based on the employee status). I'd love to hide the detail in red, but show the overall in green. Can that be done? Showing the 0% or 100% isn't very interesting - but the total is interesting.
