I have a form that is set to default to "form view" and "continuous forms". The form is meant only for viewing data, so I would like to hide the last row that allows adding a record. Can this be done?

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
If the form is only for viewing then change the 'AllowAdditions' property of the form to No.

Will this work if I want to allow updating to the fields. Or is there another way to get rid of this. And where do I find this option??
