hide rows macro

can someone please assist me with creating a macro that will hide all rows that have nothing in column D. if the cell in column D is blank then I would like it hidden

Why not just use AutoFilter?
If you need it as part of a macro, then you can record yourself setting the filter.

I guess that could work by recording me filtering that column. good thinking
