Can I hide the Ribbon when a sheet is Activated and unhide it when the sheet is deactivated. I only want to do this on one of my sheets.

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
This option will hide and unhide the ribbon, put this code in against the worksheet you want it to hide the ribbon for.

its the same command, but if you don't have the second then the ribbon will stay hidden until you come back to this sheet and then show again.

Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_Activate()
CommandBars.ExecuteMso "HideRibbon"
End Sub

Private Sub Worksheet_Deactivate()
CommandBars.ExecuteMso "HideRibbon"
End Sub
