Hello,
I want to hide two columns on a protected work sheet. I need to keep all the columns available for changes but only two columns have values that I need to protect. I can not use the Locked cells option because if i do that my radio buttons assigned to those cells wont work.
Anyone have a macro that hide and unhide columns only when password its entered my columns are AA and AB. I don't want anyone to unhide the columns
Thanks
Alex

Excel Facts

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
I found this macro in one of the post in this site

VBA Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Range)
If Target.Column = 10 Or Target.Column = 11 Then '<---------this will have to be changed to suit your needs. It only doesn't allow user to select E and F columns
    Application.DisplayAlerts = False
    Range("A1").Select
    Application.DisplayAlerts = True
Else
    Application.DisplayAlerts = True
End If
End Sub

This is a very smart way to accomplish the goal. Thank you and very smart way to do it: Protecting Sheet (1 password) | Protecting Cells Within Same Sheet (2nd Password)
