Hidden workbook visible

[Excel 2007]
CS Analysis.xlsm is a macro hidden workbook with all the buttons to run macros in the Add-Ins tab. The workbook does contain a few worksheets with info that I use for the macros. In the last few days, whenever I open it the window appears as a small frame, even though in the View tab it appears as if the workbook is hidden. It is not affecting the macros functionally but this hadn't happened before and its visually distracting.
I tried creating a new xlsx file with a hidden workbook. I can hide the window, save the file and close it successfully, but when I reopen it the same thing happens.
I tried opening CS Analysis.xlsm in another PC with Excel 2007 and there is no issue.
Any way to fix this?
