Hidden Group in Google Sheet

Hello,

I am working on a to-do list in google sheets and my boss wants some of the information to be private. If the row has HR in column E she wants it to be hidden for everyone except her. I also need everyone to be able to edit the document.

Does anyone know how to accomplish this or something similar.
