Hi all,

I have a userform with a text field for users to enter a date. When they click "submit" on the form, the date is entered into cell E4.
When I click on E4, it's showing that a hidden apostrophe has been added to the cell, preceding the date.

The cell is set as Short Date format, so I'm wondering why this is happening, and more importantly, how I can get it to stop.

Thanks!

If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
