Office Version
  1. Prefer Not To Say
Platform
  1. Windows
iv tried to do a fomula in Cell A1, Were Cell A3 is >=A2 OR A3 < A2 & >A4 OR =<A4 if posabile

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
What is that you want to return? It could e.g. be something like this:

Excel Formula:
=IFS(A3>=A2;"1st";A(A3<A2;A3>A4);"2nd";A3<=A4;"3rd")

or

Excel Formula:
=IF(A3>=A2;"1st";IF(AND(A3<A2;A3>A4);"2nd";IF(A3<=A4;"3rd")))

but this only returns the information which one stands.

Welcome to the Forum. I seem to have interpreted the question the same way as hagia_sofia and come up with a slight variation.
Excel Formula:
=IF(A3>=A2,"1st condition",IF(A3>A4,"2nd Condition","last condition"))

By the way, the suggested solution can often vary depending on what version of Excel you are using so having your version as "Prefer not to say" means that you may not get the answer that best suits your requirements and may get answers that you can't actually implement.
