Hello:

I have 12 Columns
1) Date of Birth is in (MM/DD/YYYY)
2) Date Reg to Vote is in (MM/DD/YYYY)
3) Year of vote or Year of Reg is in (XX)
4) Did they Vote? (Did they vote is in 00, or 01, or 10, or 11)
5) Year of Vote
6) Did they Vote
7 Year of Vote
8) Did they Vote
9) Year of Vote
10) Did they Vote
11) Year of Vote
12) Did they Vote

Ok, here is my problem
I only want to see people that have voted 4 or 5 times
and if they just registered and they voted at least one time I want that name too.

Please Help

you can add one column in the right and count the numbers of voting times they made. then autofilter it using the last column as criteria.

see below.
