Here are a few friendly tips (key word "friendly", I'm not being mean spirited here) for how not to post questions on message boards:

1.) Don't shout at your audience. Your subject line does not motivate anyone to go out of their way to quiet you down, especially because the helpful people on this board volunteer their time graciously, while their lives are at least as busy as your life.

2) You don't seem at all as interested in thanking or even recognizing the helpful responses you receive, as you are in making posts when something is important to you. Wow, I did totally act inappropriately. Thank you very much for pointing this out I will totally keep an eye on my manners and I would like to say the following

To every one on this board. To all those MVPs and power users and any others out there I would like to thank you very very much.

I would like to share with all of you how I met MRExcel and the amazing people on his Site.

Last year when I first got into Excel, I was working at my first office job, I had never even used Microsoft Word before. Until this point I had always worked in the construction and Woodworking industry, but most recently I had been a traveling sales person making great money and getting to travel to Hawaii, Nashville ,Orlando, Alaska and Canada..

Well anyways I was hired in the office to monitor the Sales people in the field and to assist in the general organizing and paper work aspect of the business. that's when i found out about Excel , my boss showed me Microsoft Excel and some basic ways to use it and well needles to say from that point on I was an “Exceler”.

I began playing with excel at work and with all my spare time, i was allways working on sometype of new spread sheet or studing one function till i could use it ; One day someone new came to the office he had always used Excel but liked what I was doing with Excel and he began to use Excel more creatively and about a week later told me about a website he had found MRExcel.

And with tones of help and support from all of the fabulous people on MRExcel.com. I have made about 20 or so spread sheet for others that they now use and depend on to do thier jobs, manage thier information and share it with people in an easy and totally customized way

My “Flagship” Spread sheet, dubbed “HourGlass” is a complete system of Banking , Tenet tracking , guest history and invoicing program. In a series of spreadsheets. In a totally automated and has a user friendly dynamic interface. As well as my sales tracking and inventory management program called “Abacus” for which I have been praised for And I know that I would not have been able to create such wonderful and helpful; tools for others without MRExcel

And so I would like to Sincerely Apologize to everyone for any instance of myself not acknowledging or thanking you for your amazing help. YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!! All of you.
