Hi all. This is my first post in this forum so hope this is ok to post.
I have analysed and collected data on the number of kicks per game & kicking distance for 12 International rugby union matches over the last few weeks. I have concluded that kicks per game was a winning predictor in 8/12 matches & kicking metres was a winning predictor in 9/12 matches.
I want to include many more games in this data set and answer the question as to whether kicks per game and kicking distance is a predictor of winning games in rugby union matches.
I'm looking for advice on whether to run a statistical test to further improve the results (rather than a percentage), and if so, it would be great to get a basic run down of which test to use and how to use it.
Thank you
