I have a nightmare table of data to convert to another workbook. Hoping I can get some help with VBA to seperate all the data instead of doing this manually.

Col "S" data is a all one liner 001, 002, 003, 004, 005 etc will need to be converted and seperated to a new row Starting at row 7 and must include the follwing columns of information. | Column "C" starting in row 7: 001 new row, 002 new row, 003 new etc... AND it must include the following information as shown below (Columns Q & R) |
Col J copies to ---> | Col Q |
Col L copies to ---> | Col R |
