HELP with VBA

I have a nightmare table of data to convert to another workbook. Hoping I can get some help with VBA to seperate all the data instead of doing this manually.
Let me know if you require more infomration.

The short :
ORIGNAL WORKBOOKNEW WORKBOOK
Col "S" data is a all one liner 001, 002, 003, 004, 005 etc will need to be converted and seperated to a new row Starting at row 7 and must include the follwing columns of information.Column "C" starting in row 7: 001 new row, 002 new row, 003 new etc... AND it must include the following information as shown below (Columns Q & R)
Col J copies to --->Col Q
Col L copies to --->Col R

Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
I think you might get help if you explain in detail in a concise manner what needs to be done.
You need to take a few minutes to do that of course. Remember, we don't know what your workbooks look like, only you do.
