I need help creating a formula that will get the unique value of employees that has support and communication together. I already figured the formula for calculating how many employees did support alone and communication alone. I'm just having trouble getting the unique value with both. All help will be greatly appreciated.

Then is there a formula to calculate how many communication that each employee did

Thank you
