Hi there,
I am fairly new to excel, so bare with me. I have a document with several tables in which a person is given a ranking. I can sort the different tables no problem, but I have run into a problem in which I can not quite figure out which avenue I should take. I want excel to read a certain portion of several different tables, take the 3 lowest values from all of those tables, and fill into a new table. Here is an example.
I would like a new table that just has the Bolded names (Caleb, Ryan, Ben, Jacob, and Elise and sorted from lowest to highest based on the numbers from the original tables.
I know that I could just create a new table with their names but my sheet will eventually have hundreds of people with hundreds of rankings that will vary and change frequently. So when elise goes from 180 to lets say all the way up to 5, it would be nice if excel would then read that DANE and JACOB are now the new lower ranked ones that should be displayed on the table. I think this is a pretty complicated calculation but I just need to know what avenues to learn about to see if this could be possible. Let me know!
Thanks!

Cindy | 1 |
John | 34 |
Caleb | 39 |
Ryan | 54 |
Ben | 170 |
Ty | 10 |
Dane | 36 |
Jacob | 100 |
Elise | 180 |
