I have a production schedule that I need to modified from 24 hours per day / 7 days a week to 12 hours per day / 5 days a week no weekend. I cannot figure out how to count for the weekend. I am able to adjustment the hours on schedule if we are ahead or behind in production to have a clear picture of production status. I cannot find a way to attach the spreadsheet to this posting. Thanks for your help advance.

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Tough to say without any examples, you may want to look at =NETWORKDAYS which calculates the difference between 2 dates excluding weekends, or =WEEKDAY will return a number for the day of the week, 7 being Saturday and 1 Sunday.

Thanks - mrshl9898.

I had no luck with the weekday function. I need to know the time when we expect to be completed. I paste a screenshot of the schedule.

I normally use an external file sharing site (like dropbox). You'll need to upload it somewhere and share the link
