Help with Pivot Table

I want the state (example Ohio) in Row C instead of below facility - what do I need to do? - in this example Ohio would be in Row C not in row A

try changing the design
not sure in 2013 long time ago (and no longer have version to try)
BUT i used to do this all the time with 2013 and also later versions
But you should be able to change the layout - so you get a single row
