Help with Multiple Tabs and Don't count same number

Hi all,

Needing some help with formulas,

Firstly I am looking for a count of customers by column A in all 3 tabs excluding the repeat number. Also a total of all 3 tabs including repeat numbers.

Regarding the other data, In columns C & D I am an looking for a total of all 3 tabs who have applied by CV, APP, Online App, and total for eMail.

I hope this makes sense
