Help with Make-Table Query

I have a query that is sucessfully writing its outputs to a table. However, each time I run the query, a window appears asking if I want to delete the old data. How can I get rid of this message?

Turn confirmation messages on or off

You can turn confirmation messages for record changes, document deletions, or action queries on or off.

1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
2. Click the Edit/Find tab.
3. Under Confirm, select or clear the appropriate check boxes.
