Hello I need help with creating a formula in Excel.

Worksheet 1:
It is a table containing a list of candidates and their relative information. The important columns for this problem are 'J' (Time Zone) and 'N' (IP Country).

Worksheet 2:
It is table with two column containing Time Zone and the correct Country.

Problem: In the Table, there are some candidates whose IP country doesn't have the correct Time Zone, and I would like to flag these rows by changing the color of the entire row to RED.

  1. I am looking for a formula to use each cell in Table 1, column N.
  2. Next, the country name in that cell of Table 1 is a look-up value to match it to the country name in Table 2. In Table 2 a country name may have multiple time zones
  3. After matching the country name between the two tables, if that specific row in Table 1 column J 'Time Zone' doesn't have any of the corresponding Country Names based on Table 2 data, then highlight that row in Red, preferably in any form of highlighting.
For example, In the first screenshot, the IP country is Viet Nam, but the time zone is Asia/Hong Kong or Asia/Singapore. Within Table 2 Vietnam corresponding time is Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh. These are example of records that should be red.

Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
It's best to share your Sample Data using the Forums Excel Add-In here:
This way people can see the data, formulas, data validation and/or conditional formatting rules all at once.
Best of luck and welcome to the formula.
