Help With IF formula

HI friend

Please i need a help with a formula i Use a LOOKUP Column N to Look up for Percentage
Now i Need In Column P a Formula with IF
IF N is Greater Than or Equal to 70% answer should Full and IF its less Than or Equal to 69% answer should be Half

Appreciate a help out

Zero is answer should be Half and not Full

thanks But i guess there is a Problem with It i did exactly but the Zero answer is still showing Full

is It because i use lookup in Column N or am i missing out something

Thanks kerryx i simple took out the Percentage from the Zero 0% from VLOOKUP because i was so stress out thanks and i appreciate.

=IFERROR(VLOOKUP([@Column1],Info_Setting!$J$3:$M$90000,4,0),[B]"0%"[/B])

I also have a Question and i really don't no if you can help out with a formula i made a post but i dont think am able to get around with it or a solution from friend or if am unable to explain better with what i require
