Help with HTML Maker

I have used the html addin sporadically over 14 year membership. For some reason, my thread is shown in the ribbon tabs, but doesn't work. When I look at the option/addins, I don't find it. I've downloaded the newest version and tried to install, but I get no improvement.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

MS Excel for Office 365 MSO (16.0.11231.20122) 64-bit

select the range you want to use
then right click
and choose one what you want

it works on test forum but I don't know it will work here

Doing so, my last three options in the list Pick from Drop...,Define Name..., and Link (not hyperlink).

Sounds promising. What next?
