Help with Greater than but Lower than

Hello everyone, newbie here.

I want to please ask you for some "Simple" help, apparently its not a big deal but I'm still struggling with it. Basically I need a formula on D3 that asks that if the value of C3 is greater than 219 but lower than 719, then N, if not, then Y.

I appreciate your help.

=IF(AND(D3>219,D3<719),"N","Y")

=IF(AND(C3>219,C3<719),"N","Y")
