Hello,

I am really having trouble figuring out how to do this and would greatly appreciate any help.

I have a column of data and I need to analyze ranges of numbers like this example:

10.2
5.1
2.6
11.6
5.7

I want to make be able to calculate for example (and eventually convert to charts)
*Total sum of all items that are less than 8, but greater than 3
*Total count of same

I get as far as calculating the "less than 8" part but cannot seem to discover how to have both qualifiers apply to one cell in one formula.

Thanks!

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.

RangeFormula
I8=SUMIFS(H8:H12,H8:H12,"<8",H8:H12,">3")

And look at COUNTIFS for the 2nd part

Thanks! My misunderstanding in SUMIFS was that the range appears twice in the beginning of the formula. MUCH APPRECIATED for the insanely fast reply!
