Help with Graph in excel 2000

Haven't used excel for years and forgot most everything
Here's what I'm trying to do

Produce line graph
Purchase for example an option ABBV ON 8/25/17 (Nov $15. call FOR 1.50) (THIS WOULD BE THE MEAN LINE ON LINE CHART)
ON THE CHART I WANT TO PLOT DAY BY DAY (5 days a week as market is open and not show closed days)
Then I want to show line daily above/below mean line as option value rises or falls showing $ amt. option price ended at around $13.00 within the next 30 days
this is basically what I want chart to show

I don't remember if xl2000 had the wizard, but I am pretty sure it did, because I was still working then and I made a lot of charts for metrics measurements for our department. The wizard makes it easy to build, modify and maintain a chart.
