Help with formula with too many arguments

I can't find where I'm going wrong with this formula! Can someone help?

=IF(AND(S3=S2,V2>Noon,V2<One),V2+TIME(1,0,0),IF(AND(S3=S2,V2>TIME(1,0,0)),V2),if(not(S3=S2),nine)))

Hi Annie,

Need a little more information than that.

Have you defined "Noon"? what is V2TIME(1,0,0)?

What are you trying to achieve?
