I'm trying to display a number in a cell in a specific way that is referencing another cell where that cell is formatted as:
Capture430.JPG

source cell (N15) is formatted as: Custom - 'dd:hh:mm:ss'

the target cell (N11) is formatted as: Custom - 'd'.

Although this cell DOES give me the right number (after I reduce the decimal place down to one place, shown where circled in green), when in cell N1 I reference that cell using this formula: =N19&" ("&N11&")" (where N19 is is cell formatted as text and contains a persons name), it returns what is shown in the pic. But what I would like it to say is:

Any help?

Thanks so much (y)
