Help with Filter function

If I had this data and the first Ref ( Delta1) is in cell A2 and I want to filter to search for Delta7 (which is in the table twice) and I want the location (Location 1) & the task info what would the formula be ? TIA

I managed to get it to work with =FILTER(A2:E19,A2:A19=B23,E2:E19)
