Help with Excel and Forms

Hell Everyone,

I hope you are well.

I have written a simple form which sends the inputs to an excel spreadsheet named Form1.

When I write a formula to extract data from the form all is well and works as expected. If I then fill that formula down on the worksheet, all should work, but it doesnt. It would appear Forms adds a new line to the Form1 input, this then knocks my formulas out on the worksheet. I want to extract the data from the form for use in a worksheet, however I cannot workout how to do this as my formulas keep getting knocked out of synch with the forms sheet.

Any help would be appreciated, I am not sure why something which should be easy is so hard.

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
