I have two dates that span several years. I want to remove weekends and holidays. I'm using the NETWORKDAYS function. I have a list of recognized holidays for the current year. Will I have to format or remove the "Year" in the holiday dates to have the formula account for the years in between dates? Hope this makes sense? Here is an example:

1/5/2007 1/10/2018 Holidays
1/1/2018
2/1/2018

Thanks for any assistance.

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Yes, there's no reliable way to make Excel undestand how you want the holiday dates treated. For instance, the U.S. thanksgiving holiday is the 4th Thursday of November. The actual day of the month changes. Consequently, every holiday date needs to be listed.
