So I am attempting to follow the instructions listed here:

The problem I am running into is that when I go to other sources in the ribbon I am missing options that, according to microsofts page, should be listed there. I am not sure how to add them or what I Am doing wrong so that they are not showing up.
Any help would be appreciated. I have been searching the web for hours and I have not come up with any thing.
