help with complciated vlookup + if formula

would really appreciate any help...wish i could attach the excel document here as it'd be easier to describe, but essentially, this is what i need to happen in 5 different cells:

Cell 1. If there is a "V#" (meaning v1, v2, V3, etc) in Column L, then take that "V#"

Cell 2. For whichever row had that particular "V#", goto Column D and take input that as Cell #2

Cell 3. For whichever row had that particular "V#", get the data that will be in that respective row which will be in either in J4:J12 or I16:I20

Cell 4: For whicever row had that particular "V#", get the data that will be in that respective row which will be in either K4:K12 or J:6:J20

Cell 5. For whicever row had that particular "V#", Concatenate whatever is in columns A+B+C



I need these in 5 different cells, but am also curious as to whether you can in it as 1 line?

ok so i made this a bit easier, as cell 3 + 4 now have only one column in each

Cell 3: For whichever row had that particular "V#", get the data that will be in that respective row which will be in column J

Cell 4: For whichever row had that particular "V#", get the data that will be in that respective row which will be in column K.
