Help with Age Generation Calculation

Hi,
I need help with a formula that can calculate the age generation based on below criteria. I do have the data of birth and age columns.

Traditionalists = 1928-1945
Baby Boomers = 1946-1964
Generation X = 1981-1996
GenZ = 1997 - Current
