Help with adding scroll bar to an interactive chart

hi, I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to accomplish this. I have created an interactive chart that allows the user to select the data being charted (using option buttons) It also allows the user to select the regions being plotted (ie i'm trying to show various economic data for various regions) I'd like to add in a scroll bar so that the user can also select the years plotted. Any help would be appreciated.
