Help with a Lookup

I get daily bids from different vendors for a commodity. In the column out to the right I want to put the daily minimum bid (got that part figured out) and the vendor with the lowest bid. I have tried to use the lookup function, but because the bids will never be in ascending order that function will not work. Here an example of my spreadsheet. So for 1/2/2015 I would like to see Company E returned as the lowest bidder in the far right column.
