What I'm trying to do is this. I want the formula to go through columns, skip the empty cells and list the values in columns DA and DB on teh right.

So it would read column CT and in cell DA it would show 2 and in column DB it would show 240 GHOSTING. Then it would skip and read 10 and return it to column DA along with 254 BROKEN in column DB.

I have given how I want it to look. I just need the correct formula.

Thanks for any assistance.

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
What version of Excel are you using?

I suggest that you update your Account details (or click your user name at the top right of the forum) so helpers always know what Excel version(s) & platform(s) you are using as the best solution often varies by version. (Don’t forget to scroll down & ‘Save’)
