I'm looking for a formula that will take the Sq Ft totals from AQ37-AQ61 on the "Harvest By Blend" tab of this sheet and auto populate it in G11-G380 on the "Turf Summary" tab of this sheet. It needs to populate correctly based on the Date (C-column), Field # (E-column), & the Blend (F-column). Any help is appreciated!

Here is a copy of the sheet with no sensitive information:

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
You're probably looking for a VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP formula.
Something like
Excel Formula:
=VLOOKUP(E11&" "&F11,AP37:AQ61,2,FALSE) or v=VLOOKUP(E11&" "&F11,AP37:AP61,AQ37:AQ61) (both untested)
