Help! Vlookup question

Hi all,

I currently have a list of job numbers. On a different sheet, I have a bigger list of job numbers that contains the numbers in the first list, and four columns of associated values. I need a function that can take the row of job numbers on the smaller list and find them in the bigger list, and return the four columns of info associated with that job. To make things more complicated, sometimes there are multiples of the same job on the large job list.

Is there some permutation of Vlookup that can do this? My VP asked for this to be done by end of business and I'm totally lost.

Thank you so much for any help!!!
