Good Morning.

I have two sheets that I am working with essentially a calendar for individuals so I actually have one master sheet and 60 individual sheets.

The "individualcal.xls" sheets gets sent to out 60 individual members each year who update their sheets according to their availability. As seen in this example added here. The individual person has blocked out days saying unavailable or otherwise.

Mastercal is an administrator only view of all individuals availability. Currently we cannot see in this mastercal individual calendars without opening their own individual one.. so Is there a way to get the data from the 60 individual members and have it shown in this master sheet?

Then vice-versa if admin updates something on the mastercal / blocks a date for an individual then it updates into their personal individual sheet?

any help or guidance would be appreciated.

cheers.
