Help required please.

Good morning

I have a PDF i am sent monthly regarding my business figures and how close to target etc I am. I would like to be able to 'crack' this so I can input my own figures and predict where I need to be in future months. I can export it to excel, but I am flummoxed once I get there. Could anyone help please.

elvmeister when you say flummoxed, what is it that you want to happen that will help you be unflummoxed. Can you show us the input and what you want the output to be. And when you say crack, what does that mean?

I have extracted the PDF to an excel sheet. I presume this is where it started before being sent out as a PDF. I want to be able to input into the Excel sheet my self to use the sheet as the sender does. Thus being able to input figures and see where I am in relation to the targets. Hope that makes sense and thank you for the reply.

Hi, they won't want me 'using' it. Hence why I am trying to get it working in excel.

elvm ok if I understand you correctly, you want an excel sheet with these numbers. Now even though you stated, "I have extracted the PDF to an excel sheet." I am going to assume you don't have an excel sheet with these numbers. You can open an excel workbook and go to the upper left-hand corner, of the worksheet below, click on the copy and then paste to your open workbook. As far as the numbers you want to input that could be another question you can ask. Now as far as the charts go they don't seem to match up with the dates and numbers below. So let us know what you need now. If this solves your problem then fine. But if you have questions, comments or suggestions let us know.
