Help required for Sumifs function

Hi

I have data in sheet 1 and summary in another sheet,if i change the Month in Sheet 1 Cell B4 then in summary sheet Cell B5 to B8 calculate the formula adding sum of sheet 1 column B and C.

If i change the month in sheet 1 cell B4 to Feb-23 than in summary sheet Cell B5 to B8 calculate the formula adding sum of sheet 1 column B and D.

Is there any sumifs formula just change the Month and in summary sheet and sum the data from sheet 1+sum of related month and Year

It looks like a simple sumif to me - something like:

=SUMIF(Sheet1!$4:$4,B$4,Sheet1!5:5)

copied down. I can't see the row or column headings in your pictures so you'll probably need to adjust the references.
