Hello,
I have an Excel file where the final sheet generates an invoice. Each customer’s invoice is generated separately by means of a drop down box. When I select the customer from the drop down box, their invoice appears. I have to save each invoice as a separate PDF (the invoice sheet only) with the file name being each customer's name.
I have some experience with recording macros but that doesn’t work here. I have looked online but none of the codes work. I would really appreciate a macro code which does the following:
I would be very grateful for any help with this! Part-automation would also be useful, as I have hundreds of invoices to generate separately otherwise…
Thanks,
Helen

- Saves the current sheet (only) to PDF, saving in the destination Z:/Test, with the file name being the contents of cell C4 in the current sheet.
- Scrolls down to the next customer in the drop down box and does step 1 for customer 2, etc.
I would be very grateful for any help with this! Part-automation would also be useful, as I have hundreds of invoices to generate separately otherwise…
Thanks,
