...condense and sort a long list of suburbs and zip codes. I have a customer database with many repeats on zip codes and suburbs. I would like to condense it into a small list showing one of each suburb/zip code with a total number of customers for each area.

Any suggestions on how to go about this?

Can you give an example of how it looks right now and I how you want it to look like? Might be achievable with a macro.
