I have a pivot table that shows values & no values, fair enough
Some of the values = 0 (zero) due to a calculation in the sheet
Most Values > 0
Some Values = <BLANK>because they were not sold that week
I was under the impression that <BLANK><BLANK>was different to 0 (zero)
but if I run conditional format to highlight all Zeros all my blanks get highlighted too.
Pivot table values do not work with text so I understand that <BLANKS>is going to be a wierd one. However if in Pivoty Table Options put:
If Cell is Empty .0001
Conditional format < 0 does not do anything to cells that = .0001
How do I get around this
I only want to format where cell really is 0 (zero)
I dont want to create a value for blank cells as I do not want to mess with the results in the totals
I am using Excel 2010
