So I basically have a large list of account numbers in Excel that I can use to lookup each account on EXTRA! Attachmate. I want to write VBA either through Excel or EXTRA! that can open up EXTRA, enter in prewritten information, copy in the account number, read a line in the account, and then input some commands depending on what it reads.

I would then like it to close this account, grab the next account # from Excel, and repeat the process.

There are tens of thousands of accounts. Although this process may be difficult it could speed up productivity a whole lot.

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
