Hi,

I have a huge database, and from that database, I extracted a pivot table. I can't create a new field and use "Calculate Field" in the pivot table because values A and B are stored in the same column. So, I tried using "Calculate Item" instead, but when I press OK, I get the error: "Too many records to complete."

How can I address this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards
Irfan

Have you considered loading the data in to the PowerPivot Data Model? Then you can use a Measure to do this calculation in a snap.
