I am getting problem while generating a sheet

Column AG (AG14-AG107) (Time) - 00:00, 00:15, 00:30, 00:45, 1:00, 1:15,.........., 23:45
Column AH (AH14-AH107) (Data) - 8, 8, 9, 40,......., 8

And need to show 'Min Time in AH112' and 'Max Time in AG114'
As you see i need to get exact Min/Max Time corresponding the data showing in Column AH. I am using this formula

{=MIN(IF(AG14:AG107=AG112,AH14:AH107))}

but its not working. I am getting is 00:00 for both Min/Max time

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
You have your ranges the wrong way round. If the times are in AG and you need to return them then they need to be the result of the IF not the logical test.
