Match the value
=INDEX($A$1:$G$2310,MATCH(K1,$E$1:$E$2310,0),2)

but this is not operate from K3 cell.Why?
error #N/A.

Your request is pretty unclear, but one possible cause of the #N/A error is that the MATCH part of your formula is unable to find a match for the K3 value in the range E1:E2310.

Are you certain that that value is actually in that range ?
