Help me! Pivot Table Failures...

Good day Mr. Excel community,

I'm hoping you can help me reorganize my data to suit my needs.

Here's what I have...


  • A list of subcontractors (Column B) with the bid package they have been invited to (Column A). I've pasted a small portion of this list below, but it includes over 400 subcontractors for this single project. I've renamed the subcontractors for the purpose of seeking help on this forum.
