HELP Interview Presentation - dont Understand :(

Hi Guys first of all you guys here are the best spared my blushes a few time too

I got an interview after many years of searching to do a presentation

the presentation covers

1 How would you approach the creation of a data map which provides visibility of the colleague data flows from capture through to disposal

2 What the associated risks are

3 How would you as Analyst mitigate risk and prevent any abuse or loss of colleague data in accordance with the Data Protection Act?

guys could you help me, like the first point it be helpful to share your thought as a NEWBIE I really want to start earning my way and this is vital, please help

Hi Bro.

cant help you that much with the content but for the framework that you might use to structure the presentation, consider Mckinsey siutation ---> Complications ----> Resolution structure: also known as what? So what? Now what? framework.

the framework starts with a negative state in the situation section and exacerbate the current negative state in the complication section.

end game = how to solve a problem given the present complication? how can you improve the current situation and to which situation will you be heading to ?


i have learned some stuff about this framework and others after reading Dave Mckenzy book titled Strategic Storytelling, i think they are selling that on Amazon, has good tips even for the presentation formatting aspects.
